Friday, June 20 (Washington, D.C.) — In response to the Department of Interior’s (DOI) efforts to identify regulations that can be modified or repealed “to ensure that DOI administrative actions . . . advance American energy independence,” Grid Action submitted formal comments to the department with recommendations urging DOI to reform how Bureau of Land Management uses Notices to Proceed in granting rights-of-way.
